Conference registration is now open for Early Bird rates!
Steps for Conference Registration:
Please make sure to follow these steps to successfully register for the conference:
- Create a user account: Before you can register for the conference, you will need to create a user account on the ConfTool platform at https://www.conftool.com/safjr2025/.
- Verify your email: After creating your account, ensure that you verify your email address to activate your account.
- Start registration process: Once logged in, please select Register as Participant from the main menu and follow the instructions at ConfTool.
- We encourage you to explore the conference’s exciting social program. Registration for the social program is required as part of the conference registration process if you wish to participate. Please note that capacities for these events are limited, so early sign-up is recommended.
- For your accomodation, we have arranged a block of reserved rooms at Motel One Bonn Beethoven exclusively for conference attendees. Further details on room reservations will be shared via email following conference registration. Please note that the costs are not included in the conference fee.
The early-bird registration fee is €350 (including water, tea, coffee, snacks and a light lunch as well as a ticket for public transport in Bonn), payable via wire transfer (in €). Please ensure payment is completed within 14 days to confirm your registration.
